Located in our former asparagus processing facility the Sabbatical distillery is creating new jobs on the island and the community with unique products that highlight the richness of the Northern California Delta.
Sabbatical aims to bring people together from the Bay Area to the Central Valley and beyond to promote collaboration and mutual understanding centered around hard work, quality craftsmanship and taking a sabbatical over a fine drink with good people. From the field to the stills, Sabbatical makes premium spirits from farm-harvested ingredients.
