Blueberry Vinaigrette for Asparagus

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup blueberry vinegar with blueberries
  • 3/4 teaspoon each of salt and black pepper
  • 1-inch cinnamon stick
  • 1/4 cup blueberries, unsweetened
 

Combine all ingredients in a jar. Shake well. Make at least 1 hour before using. Shake again before serving.

Makes 1 cup vinaigrette.
