Asparagus Frittata Pizza

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 cups chopped asparagus
  • 1 cup Bisquick™
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup vegetable or olive oil
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 tsp each oregano and seasoned salt
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • Dash of ground pepper
 

Mix all ingredients together and spread in a greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes, or until barely firm. Serve at room temperature, cut into 2-inch squares.
