Victoria Island Farms asparagus is available from mid-February to mid-May, with the best availability and quality coming in March and April.

Asparagus Sizes

We grow asparagus in the following sizes:

• Jumbo: 13/16-inch to 1-inch diameter
• Extra Large: 12/16-inch to 13/16-inch diameter
• Large: 10/16-inch to 12/16-inch diameter
• Small Large: 7/16-inch to 10/16-inch diameter
• Standard: 5/16-inch to 7/16-inch diameter
• Tips: 7-inch cut

Asparagus Packages

Victoria Island Farms standard order packages are listed below. You can also order custom-sized packs. Availability of the different packs can vary.

28-pound corrugated box: Jumbo All Green, Large Long Green, Standard Long Green (20 bunches per box)		27-pound corrugated box: Large Long Green (12 bunches per box, 2.25 lb. each)
6 Kilogram (13. 2 pounds) plastic boxes packed as follows: Jumbo (6 bunches per box, 1kg each)		20 pound corrugated box: All green Tips, bunched, 7-inch & 6-inch cuts
